With 28 years of leadership experience spanning business management, sales leadership, marketing, hospitality, and large-scale logistics, I have dedicated my career to building successful teams, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In 2014, I brought that experience to State Farm, establishing my agency from the ground up in Laredo, Texas, and transforming it into a nationally recognized, high-performing organization.

Before State Farm, I served as Vice President of Tour & Logistics Operations in the concert and entertainment industry, working alongside major national promoters, including Live Nation and AEG Live. I later managed multiple hospitality properties throughout South Texas, strengthening the leadership, operational discipline, and service standards that continue to define my business today.

Today, I am proud to be the only State Farm agent operating two agency locations in Laredo, Texas, leading an organization recognized for sustained excellence and national performance.
